Privacy Policy

Rejoyce, Inc. (“Rejoyce,” “we,” “us”) is a Delaware corporation building Strategic Execution Intelligence software for senior executives, boards, and PE operators. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit rejoyce.ai, submit a form, or use the Primary Experience — how we use that information, who processes it on our behalf, and the rights you have over it. 1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you submit one of our forms or contact us directly, we collect the information you give us. The specific fields depend on which form you submit:

• Request a build / Join the waitlist (general /request form) — name, email, company, role, sector, the situation that brings you here, optional message, and whether you’d like to schedule a fit call.
• Primary Experience access (/request/saas form) — name, email, company, role, the situation that brings you here, optional message.
• Sector interest (from the Sectors page) — name, email, company, role, sector of interest, intent (notify when calibrated vs. design partner conversation), optional message.
• Investor & analyst inquiries (from the Investors page) — name, email, firm, role, inquiry type, brief note about your firm and area of interest.

Information collected during the Primary Experience

When you complete a Primary Experience session at app.rejoyce.ai, we collect what you enter into the session:

• The email address you use to authenticate into the experience
• Your company profile inputs (the values you enter to calibrate the model to your business)
• Your decision-system signals (the inputs that describe how decisions are made and executed in your organization)
• The session output itself — the read, the causal trace, and the situational analysis generated for you
• The full session export, when you choose to download it at step five

This data is sent to our customer relationship management system (Pipedrive) so our team can follow up with you about your session. It is not used to train AI models, not aggregated with other customers’ data, and not shared with third parties for their independent purposes.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our analytics and infrastructure providers may automatically collect:

• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Browser type, operating system, device type
• Pages visited, time spent on pages, referring website
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4 below)

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry. If you submit a form or email us, we use your information to reply and continue the conversation.
• Provide the Primary Experience. We use your inputs to run the model against your business, generate your session output, and deliver the session export at step five.
• Follow up about your session. Session inputs and session exports are sent to Pipedrive (our CRM) and reviewed by our team to inform sales conversations with you specifically. We use this to make follow-up substantive rather than generic.
• Operate the website and the Primary Experience. We use technical information to maintain the site and the app, debug issues, and improve the experience.
• Send relevant communications. If you’ve engaged with us or expressed interest, we may send occasional updates about Rejoyce. You can opt out at any time.
• Understand how the site is used. We use aggregated analytics to understand which content is most useful.
• Comply with legal obligations. We may use or disclose information when legally required.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. We do not use your session data to train AI models that other customers would benefit from.

3. Service Providers

We use a small number of third-party services to operate our website, our forms, and our customer follow-up. These providers process information on our behalf under contractual data protection terms:

• HubSpot — our website hosting and form submission processor. Form submissions and basic contact records are stored in HubSpot. Privacy policy at hubspot.com/data-privacy/privacy-policy.
• Pipedrive — our customer relationship management (CRM) system. This is where session inputs and session exports from the Primary Experience are stored for sales follow-up. Privacy policy at pipedrive.com/en/privacy.
• Google Analytics (if and when enabled) — aggregated website analytics. Privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Zero Fog, LLC — the peer firm that practices Strategic Execution Intelligence as a consulting engagement. Zero Fog licenses the Rejoyce substrate under a partnership agreement and uses it within their own client engagements. Zero Fog does not have access to Rejoyce website visitor data, form submissions, or Primary Experience session data. If you become a Zero Fog client and the Rejoyce substrate is used as part of your engagement, your data handling will be governed by a separate agreement between you and Zero Fog.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. Some are strictly necessary for the site to function; others help us understand site usage. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not work as expected. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking or advertising.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes outlined above, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

• Contact records (from form submissions) are typically retained for the duration of our relationship plus a reasonable period to allow for follow-up.
• Primary Experience session data (inputs, outputs, session exports) is retained in our CRM for the purposes of sales follow-up and ongoing customer relationship management. It is not retained for any other purpose.
• You may request deletion at any time by contacting hello@rejoyce.ai. We will honor deletion requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

• Access — ask what information we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Deletion — ask us to delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements
• Portability — receive a copy of your information in a portable format
• Opt-out of marketing — stop receiving promotional communications from us
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your information

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with comprehensive privacy law, you may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, or local equivalents. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@rejoyce.ai. We will respond within the legally required timeframe.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Authentication into the Primary Experience is gated by email verification, and all data is encrypted in transit. Our service providers (HubSpot, Pipedrive) maintain their own security certifications and infrastructure.

No internet transmission or electronic storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our website and the Primary Experience are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Transfers

Rejoyce is based in the United States. If you are accessing our site or using the Primary Experience from outside the United States, the information we collect may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our services, you consent to this transfer. We rely on standard contractual clauses and other lawful mechanisms where required to ensure adequate protection for international data transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Significant changes will be flagged where appropriate.
