For investors and analysts

Building the strategic execution layer of Decision Intelligence.

Rejoyce productizes a methodology authored across 25+ strategic execution engagements into a causal model executives can interrogate — where execution is exposed, why, and what fixes it.

Category position

Decision Intelligence has emerged as a real category. The strategic layer is still mostly unbuilt.

Decision Intelligence (DI) is the discipline of making higher-quality decisions, faster, with the evidence trail to defend them. The category has been recognized as transformational and now has a defined competitive set of platforms operating inside it — most clustered around operational decisioning, orchestration, and governance.

The executive layer — capital allocation, transformation sequencing, market positioning, M&A readiness, pre-exit narrative — lives at a different altitude. The question there is not “what should the workflow do next” but where is execution exposed, why, and what fixes it. That question is what Rejoyce is built to answer.

What we’re building

A Strategic Execution Intelligence platform, calibrated sector by sector.

Rejoyce is a Strategic Execution Intelligence platform. The model traces enterprise outcomes through business unit, product, function, and customer layers, and across to the capability constraints that govern throughput. Every node carries confidence qualification. Causal edges are contribution-weighted and provenance-qualified, so executives can interrogate the evidence behind the read. Executives use it to read execution exposure with the same rigor they use to read a balance sheet.

Enterprise SaaS is live today; additional sectors are in build and sequenced by calibration progress and market demand. Each sector ships with its own KPI set, benchmark cohorts, and authored causal logic. Calibration is the work, and we don’t compress it.

Why now

The category is validated. The strategic layer is the part that isn’t built.

Three things converged. Decision Intelligence crossed from emerging-tech speculation into a recognized, competitive category. AI made executive-grade reasoning over structured business data tractable at a price point that didn’t exist five years ago. And the operating-layer DI build-out left the executive-decision layer almost entirely uncovered.

That’s the gap Rejoyce was built to occupy — not by inventing methodology, but by productizing methodology that already exists and has been deployed at scale.

Provenance

A methodology authored in practice — not invented for a platform.

Rejoyce’s analytical substrate was authored across 25+ strategic execution engagements over fifteen years — at MBB consulting (BCG’s Customer Experience and Corporate Finance Strategy practices) and inside Fortune 500 operating contexts (Liberty Mutual, Bank of America), and through portfolio operating work since.

That methodology has a permanent home in Zero Fog, the founder-led practice where the work continues to be done in the room. Zero Fog and Rejoyce operate as peers in one discipline: Zero Fog practices it. Rejoyce productizes it. The two firms were designed together from the outset — one to install the capability, one to deploy it founder-led in the moments where the work needs to happen now.

The structural advantage is concrete: every Rejoyce install begins with a substrate that has already been used to do this work. The 30-day install is calibration to a customer’s business, not construction of the model from scratch.
