The category · what this is
Decision Intelligence is now a recognized enterprise software category — Gartner published the inaugural Magic Quadrant in January 2026. But the recognized platforms are built for operational decisioning — workflow, orchestration, risk, automation. The layer where CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and PE operators diagnose why strategy does or doesn't translate into performance is still structurally underbuilt. That's the Strategic Execution Intelligence layer — and it's what Rejoyce is.
It is not
a BI dashboard, a consulting deck, or an AI chatbot that guesses. Those describe; this computes.
It is
a live causal model of how your business executes — one system, one source of truth, calibrated to your sector and your data.
It does
what every other function already does continuously — monitor, diagnose, act, prove — applied to where intent meets delivery.
Execution Physics · the why
Every company is told what's wrong.
Almost none can see where their own capability is throttling the value — and what opening it is worth.
Value flows through a business as a stream of dollars — but capability decides how much actually lands. Rejoyce measures four dimensions that throttle that flow: Maturity, Clarity, Agility, and Velocity. Each node carries two values — the full dollar that would flow at benchmark capability, and what actually flows after capability friction. The gap is execution loss, priced in EV dollars. Capability is an economic constraint, not a feeling — and you can't recover what you can't see. Making these four dimensions visible and tunable is Execution Physics.
Drag any capability below to set its level. Watch the funnel compress, value leak, and the Joy index respond — because Joy = M×C×A×V, one low dimension drags the whole.

Four dimensions throttle the penny

How each dimension fails — tap

Each capability dimension throttles the value stream, and each fails in its own way — Maturity is the foundation (low = friction, drag), Clarity is the vector (low = fog, value scatters), Agility is the steering (low = overshoot when conditions shift), Velocity is the momentum (low = decay in the lag). The system shows which dimension is throttling, in EV dollars.

Joy index
Joy = the multiplicative composite M × C × A × V — a broken dimension drags the whole. It's the index, not a fifth dimension.
This is the spine of Execution Physics: the step from "here is the gap" to "here is the lever, and here is what pulling it is worth in enterprise value." A diagnosis tool stops at the gap. This prices the fix. The structure is real and speakable today; the full-resolution dollar answer lights up when the capability layer (M/C/A/V) is wired at install.
How it works · the engine

Watch a decision travel the machine

Not a dashboard — a machine you can watch reason. One question runs through it, stage by stage: from the org, down to the roots, up through the Mirror, throttled by capability, out to a judgment that traces all the way back.
The Mirror is the causal graph of the business. Fog Score is its data-confidence reading. Execution Physics is the rule that a fix is only worth what the organization can actually execute.

The payload
A symptom walks in: revenue grew 8% — the plan was 7%. The board called it a win. Press run, and watch the Mirror take it apart.
The T1 causal graph — the actual node structure the engine builds
Three symptoms that root in different layers of the model — Retention in the Customer base, Conversion in the Function journey, Margin in Product — each tracing up the full spine to enterprise value. Each fix is gated by a capability; adjust that capability in the Execution Physics panel above and re-run, and what's recoverable here moves with it — one engine, two views.

The reasoning trace
Every metric is a node; every derived node carries an explicit formula binding it to its inputs, down to atomic roots. Six layers, Customer → Enterprise Value. Click any node to inspect it — or pick a symptom above to watch one traced, triangulated, and sized against capability. Each step is logged below so you can scroll back through the full chain.
What you get · and what it becomes

The read you buy — and how it compounds

The Mirror's reasoning becomes deliverables you act on. The flagship is the full-organization Execution Readiness Assessment; six situational POVs sit beside it for specific moments. Then it compounds along the path your site already names: Diagnose → Illuminate → Activate.
Diagnose — available nowIlluminate — the near arcActivate — earned with depth + trust
Six situational POVs — each tuned to a specific buying moment

The Digital Mirror™ — ERA

The flagship: your whole organization, end to end. 9 chapters, live workspace, board-ready exports.
Also included: live workspace · Joyce™ on-demand interrogation · board-ready PDF + 15-slide PPTX export · Day-45 After-Action Review. The Mirror reflects the data state at delivery — no automated refresh until you elect Illuminate. (That line is the bridge to the next tier.)
01
Diagnose
The org-adapted Mirror produces the ERA + the situational POVs — defensible, board-ready.
Available now
the primary purchase
The install adapts the sector Mirror to your own org design, then authors the deliverables above — every quantitative claim traced to a numbered source, every causal claim classified by confidence (Structural / Empirical / Modeled / Hypothesized), each governed by a six-dimension quality gate with Causal Integrity required to score a perfect 5 on the high-stakes moments. This is what you buy first, and it's real day one.
02
Illuminate
Data integrations turn the static read into a living one — deltas, noise-reduced alerts, pressure-testing.
Building
unlocks with data integration
Wire your systems in and the Mirror stops being a photograph and becomes a nervous system: it processes the deltas as reality changes, drives alerts tuned for relevance and urgency (signal, not a firehose), and opens unstructured pressure-testing for questions past the standing reports. Why it's gated: a living read is only as trustworthy as the integrated data feeding it — earned once the integrations exist and the substrate is proven.
03
Activate
Decision intelligence becomes an execution system — initiatives, knowledge capture, earned agents.
Earned
can't be bought — only unlocked
Once the system holds the data, the insights, and the access — and has earned trust — it crosses from deciding to doing: initiative tracking against the very gaps the Mirror found, knowledge capture as work happens, and the earned right to build agents that automate the work. Decision intelligence becomes a true execution system. Why it can't be shortcut: automating execution on a business is only safe on accumulated, calibrated, trusted data — exactly what Diagnose and Illuminate build.

True at every tier — why the whole system compounds

◇ The compounding registry
An extendable metric registry — no metric left behind. As you go deeper or wider, the substrate grows, so re-authoring is repeatable, not bespoke.
→ the next read is cheaper than the last
◇ Perpetual org-alignment
Authored against your own org design and kept aligned as it changes — every read lands on a shape you blessed.
→ it stays true as you evolve
◇ Deterministic substrate
Benchmarks, best practices, market research and competitive signal brought in as parsed deterministic substrate the prose traces to — not decoration.
→ grounded, sourced, defensible
◇ Software, not AI, computes
Deterministic software does the computing; AI only renders prose over a substrate that's already true. Auditable, secure, efficient, scalable.
→ the moat and the margin
The closed loop · why it's Decision Intelligence, not a report

A report is a snapshot. This is a system that never stops.

Everything you've seen so far is one read. But a business, its market, and its industry move continuously — so a one-time diagnosis decays the moment it's delivered. The SEI flywheel is what makes the Mirror perpetual: it monitors, analyzes, executes, and proves — each cycle re-aligning the model to the firm as reality shifts. This is the difference between Decision reporting and Decision Intelligence.
Monitor → Analyze → Execute → Prove
Closed-loop attribution that compounds proof and refines the model. Click a stage, or watch it cycle.
Each cycle reduces uncertainty, improves decisions, proves value, compounds learning.
The Mirror persists across the lifecycle — it doesn't reset between phases or quarters.
Every intervention ties back to the Mirror node it's meant to affect — proof becomes structural, not narrative.
Remove the loop and execution reverts to opinion, assumption, repetition, reset.
This is how the system stays aligned to your firm, your market, and your industry — perpetually. Not a deliverable that ages; an asset that compounds.

The category, once more. This is Strategic Execution Intelligence — the strategic-execution layer inside Decision Intelligence. Not a dashboard that describes, not a deck that opines, not a chatbot that guesses: a live causal model that computes why strategy does or doesn't translate into performance, and stays aligned as your business moves. That's the layer the recognized platforms don't build — and it's the one Rejoyce is.

What you're seeing. A self-driven walk-through of the Mirror and its value arc, on a synthetic company. Diagnose (the ERA + situational POVs) is the primary purchase. Illuminate and Activate are the honest forward arc — designed direction, earned in sequence, not shipped today. The capability layer that prices execution into value is designed and runs on placeholder roots until its build. The real Mirror is calibrated to you — and a human from the practice reads it with you.
